About the show

An international tribute to the fantastic music of ABBA

Get ready for a spectacular concert experience as GIMME – A Tribute to ABBA takes the audience on a musical journey through some of the greatest hits in pop history.

Look forward to Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Mamma Mia, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! and many more immortal classics – performed live in a modern and visually striking production.

GIMME – A Tribute to ABBA combines the familiar music with a modern stage production and lighting design.

On stage stands a carefully chosen cast of strong vocalists and musicians from Scandinavia and England. Together the four leads and the band create a high-energy live experience, with respect for the original songs and for the musical world that made ABBA loved all over the world.

The band features experienced English musicians with many years behind them on international tours, at festivals and in some of the leading ABBA tribute productions.

Built on years of international experience

GIMME – A Tribute to ABBA is produced and designed by Helene Hørlyck, who spent twelve years with the internationally known Australian ABBA tribute band Björn Again.

She has toured the world and built extensive experience with this music and its stagecraft. In 2019 she was invited back to Björn Again for the band’s performance on the legendary Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival, in front of an enormous audience.

Helene has lived in England for 23 years and has worked across a long list of major tours and music productions throughout her international career, among other things as a vocal coach for international artists.

Now she brings together the experience of a long life in the music business with some of her strongest international colleagues and new Scandinavian talent.

The result is GIMME – A Tribute to ABBA. A living, energetic and modern tribute to the songs that made ABBA one of the biggest pop bands in music history.

Dig out the platform boots, warm up your voice and get ready for an evening full of hits.

GIMME – A Tribute to ABBA is more than a concert. It is a tribute to the music, the memories and the magic.
