How long does a concert last, and is there a break?
Most shows and concerts run from 90–120 minutes. Some include an interval, others don’t. We always recommend to check the ticket listing for the final running time.
Is it seated, and can people stand up and dance?
Seating depends on the venue setup for the specific show. Even in seated venues, it’s common for people to stand for big songs or at the end, and especially for upbeat shows.
Are photos and videos allowed at the show?
Normally not. It is however common to grap a quick photo, but some shows are strict. You can assume “no filming” unless the venue says otherwise.
How can I apply for a refund?
There are no refunds on shows and concerts. If you did not like the show, you are always welcome to reach out as we appreciatefeedback.

What does Showbizz Concerts do for an artist?

Can you get us a specific show or artist?
The short answer is yes. If there is availability and routing makes sense. Tell us your preferred wish, capacity, and budget range, and we’ll approach the right team.
Can you work with a local promoter, or do you only act as sole promoter?
We can do either! Sometimes we work with a local promoter where we also assist on marketing, or we also take act as a promoter depending on the structure and market.
